Team Building
Team building for outdoor training is a new action-learning method. It consists in involving the individuals of a working team in activities that are carried out in a natural environment outside of the usual working place. Through ludic activities we create exceptional situations in which the participants learn to work and take decisions together without the everyday hierarchical and cultural barriers.
Team building for outdoor training allows you to improve the efficiency of a working group in 5 areas:
Everybody does things she/he’s never done before due to self-imposed limits.
When facing exceptional situations how we work in group comes to light. The participants learn that being a team member is as demanding as managing it and that the achievement of a collective goal often depends on individual actions.
Whatever the hierarchical position may be, each individual can show some form of leadership during these activities without interfering his/her professional career.
An environment different from everyday, without cultural or hierarchical barriers, allows you to create and facilitate communication among individuals.
